We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and sofa. The wellness facilities were fantastic with a jacuzzi, steam cabin and two saunas. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing gluten-free options for breakfast. The location was superb, as all places in the nearby High Tatras were accessible within a short 15-minute drive. we felt that this hotel offered excellent value for money.
All was perfect.

The breakfast offered a variety of fresh food choices including orange juice and fried eggs that were not made of powder. The wellness amenities were a highlight, offering a steam cabin, two types of sauna, and a jacuzzi. It was nice to have the option to book in advance to avoid crowds.
the English language option was barely available. The room itself needed some attention, with litter found under the beds, some of the lights not working, and doors to the bathroom unable to open fully.

The hotel's location is excellent, providing easy access to the surrounding nature and attractions. the breakfast had a good variety of fresh options, and the staff were friendly and attentive. the rooms were spacious and clean, with nice facilities such as balconies and comfortable beds.

The location of the hotel was just perfect for us. It surrounded by nature and away from the noise that usually happens in the city. We liked the fact that there were many vegetarian options in the breakfast buffet, which was fresh and satisfying every day. the hotel staff was accommodating and gladly assisted us with all our needs.
It was difficult to get hold of the staff during the day if we needed anything.
